About Me

Born and raised in Hopatcong, New Jersey, Carmen LoPorto at a young age displayed enthusiasm for life and fun. His comedic ways and outgoing personality set the stage for his acting career. He began his journey in acting at the age of seven by attending the John Robert Powers school of acting in New York to enhance his natural talent. Creative Talent Company in New York noticed his spark and potential and has been representing Carmen ever since
.
It wasn't long after Carmen landed a role in a major motion picture. His first major role, playing Francis Tierney III in the blockbuster thriller Pride and Glory, earned him considerable recognition. Since that time, Carmen has appeared in four short films, and nearly 96 television episodes as the reoccuring role of Jack Manning on ABC's Daytime Soap Opera "One Life To Live". Carmen first appeared on One Life To Live in August 2007. His character, Jack Manning, was recasted in December 2010. He recently completed his first horror film "Torture Chamber" written and directed by Dante Tomaselli, where he portrays the 13 year old possessed child "Jimmy Morgan".  

Carmen is also very active with the sports programs offered in his town. He plays football, basketball, lacrosse and bowling.
When Carmen is not going to school, working or playing sports he enjoys playing Xbox Live with his friends or watching TV or surfing the net.

Carmen loves animals. He has 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 turtles and fish.


Carmen, small in stature.... big in heart and determination.
